December 1-jén kezdetét vette a műemlékem.hu fotópályázatának következő évadja. A pályázóktól 11 hónapon át egy-egy havi témára várják a szervezők a képeket.

Decemberben az Ünnepi díszben, januárban a Jég veled!, februárban a Tükröm, tükröm a fotópályázat témája. Vagyis olyan képeket várnak az értékelők, amelyek megfelelnek az adott hónap „jelszavának”.

Szeretnénk, ha a pályázók szabadon kezelnék a megadott témákat, átgondolnák, mi fér bele, hogyan lehet minél egyedibben, kreatívabban megvalósítani a fotót – mondta el Hack Róbert, a műemlékem.hu pályázóinak egyik értékelője, a Kulturális Örökségvédelmi Hivatal fotóműterem-vezetője. A hivatásos fotós reméli, hogy a megjelölt téma nem megköti majd a pályázók képzeletét, hanem éppen ellenkezőleg: az épített örökség az eddigieknél változatosabb formában jelenik majd meg a pályázati anyagokban.

A műemlékem.hu fotópályázatán bárki, profi és amatőr egyaránt havonta tíz képpel vehet részt, a feltöltéshez elegendő, ha regisztrál a portálon. A képekről minden pályázati hónap elmúltával szavaznak a műemlékem.hu látogatói és a legjobban sikerült képeket értékelik a hivatásos értékelők is.

A pályázati anyag nyertes fotóit a 2010-es Mustra kiállításon önálló tárlat formájában tárják majd a nagyközönség elé.

RÉSZVÉTELI FELTÉTELEK
Az elküldött, maximum 10 darab kép mérete egyenként 3-5 MB közé eshet. A pályázaton csak olyan fotók vehetnek részt, amelyek a pályázat benyújtásának időpontját megelőzően más fotóversenyen nem értek el eredmény. A képek javítása, retusálása megengedett.

A PÁLYÁZÁS MÓDJA
A pályázati anyag elküldése az info@spektrumkiado.hu címre a megjelölt témakörben. A pályázati oldal 2009. augusztus 1-jétől aktív, azaz ettől az időponttól kezdődően lehet a felvételeket elküldeni. A pályázaton való részvétel előfeltétele, hogy a pályázó elfogadja a nevezési feltételeket és regisztrálja magát a www.vilagtukre.hu oldalon.

DÍJÁTADÁS
A zsűri 2009. augusztus 24-én tart eredményhirdetést. A nyerteseket levélben és telefonon értesítjük.
A nyertes képek megtekinthetők lesznek a pályázat weboldalán is.

SZERZŐI JOGOK
Tekintettel arra, hogy a pályázaton a kiírás feltételei alapján csak első felhasználásúnak minősülő fotók vehetnek részt, a pályázók tudomásul veszik, hogy szerzői jogdíj őket a pályázaton résztvevő fotókkal kapcsolatban nem illeti meg. A pályázó kijelenti, hogy rendelkezik a fotókon ábrázolt személyek nyilvános megjelentetéshez való hozzájárulásával. A pályázó tudomásul veszi továbbá, hogy amennyiben személyiségi vagy szerzői jogok vonatkozásában harmadik személynek a képekkel kapcsolatban bármilyen kifogása felmerülne, az ezzel kapcsolatos felelősséget teljes egészében vállalja. A nyertes pályázók hozzájárulnak, hogy a díjazott pályaműveket a pályázat kiírói ellenszolgáltatás nélkül felhasználhassák weboldalaikon, valamint a sajtóban. A pályázó tudomásul veszi, hogy amennyiben a szakmai zsűri tudomására kerül bármilyen szabálytalanság elkövetése, elfogadja az azonnali kizárás jogát.
